Promoting Lifelong Learning of Elderly Women Through the Upgrade of Adult Educators’ Methodologies for Inclusive, Accessible and Participatory Communities
Through sharing stories like Svetlana’s, TALES2SHARE aims to foster understanding, build connections, and create an inclusive society for all in a new Europe.
By fostering transnational collaboration and empowering elderly women through tailored learning opportunities and storytelling, TALES2SHARE aims to build a more inclusive, skilled, and united Europe.
Direct: Elderly migrant women (55+) and local elderly women, who seek active community engagement.
Indirect: Adult educators, social workers, and volunteers working with elderly women and migrant communities.
The TALES2SHARE project aims to promote the upgrade of Adult Learning through the development of a capacity-building training for the educators, new tools and resources addressing the needs of elderly women (natives, migrants, refugees from war or conflict-affected regions or regions with high risk) to better integrate into their hosting communities while promoting inter-cultural competences, language learning and civic engagement.
